Spaces at Ashley Wood Farm
The Barn
The large oak floored barn is an atmospheric event space of 50' x 25', or roughly 8m x 16m and can accommodate up to 110 people seated at 15 round tables, or 150 on trestle tables or, of course a buffet. There is also a raised platform for a band, disco or high table included if you wish.
The Milking Barn
The milking barn is a traditional beamed space of 60' x 16' or roughly 19m x 5m and can accommodate up to 80 people seated at round tables or more for a buffet. There is a wood burner, a large bar and kitchen preparation area in the milking barn.
The Seminar Room
The seminar room is a more contemporary business space of 28' x 16' or roughly 8.5m x 5m and can accommodate up to 40 people seated in theatre style. The seminar room comes equipped with all the usual office gear you'll need for your meeting or function.
The Studio
The studio is a versatile first-floor space for use as anything from a yoga workshop to art gallery. The space is 48' x 16' or roughly 15m x 5m and can accommodate up to 120 guests standing or on aisle seating.
The Grounds
In all we have approximately 4 acres of beautiful grounds for you to use during events at Ashley Wood Farm. These include the formal rear barn gardens, our beautiful main courtyard, and also the lawns overlooking the stunning Fonthill Lake, plus a large field for parking.
